This was my second attempt at using MyBuilder to look for tradesmen. The first one had zero success so I was pleasantly surprised when Gerrard and John offered to quote for the job. They came around to take measurements and offered advice about the best options for the space we had. They were attentive and listened to what we wanted instead of just pushing the easy option upon us. The area we wanted the alcove built into had a radiator in the way. John and Gerrard offered to have this moved by their plumber so that it wouldn’t obstruct the design. This was a great suggestion and one we hadn’t considered doing as it seemed too complicated. We were very pleased with the end result and the alcove looks like it has always been a part of the room. The communication from initial quote to completion was excellent and John was very patient with our requests and with providing samples of the finishes. They were very professional and I would not hesitate in reaching out to them again for any future projects.
